Leaves oblanceolate-oblong, oblong or elliptic, 8–15 cm long, 2–4 cm wide, the base cuneate, serrate or crenate, glabrous on both surfaces, the primary veins 12–15 per side, the petioles 2–3.5 cm long, pubescent or glabrous. Inflorescence corymb-paniculate, up to 8–10 cm long, many-Flowered;
Flowers about 6 mm in diameter, white-tomentose, or nearly glabrous; pedicels 0.5–2 cm long, pubescent or nearly glabrous; calyx 5-lobed, the lobes triangular, the apex acute, deeply fulvous-pubescent outside; petals white, broadly obovate, about 3.5 mm long, the base clawed and pubescent; the filaments glabrous; ovary ovate, glabrous outside, 2-celled; styles 2, the stigma thickened.
Fruits ovate, 3–4 mm in diameter.
